Je vous invite à une nouvelle journée de plaisir, de créativité et d'introspection bienveillante pour explorer votre relation à l'amour de soi. Une journée pour peindre une Muse qui donnera la ton à votre année : la Muse qui écoute son cœur ❤️
Quels sont vos élans intérieurs, cette année, qui sont véritablement motivés par votre cœur (et non par la to-do list)?
Comment cultiver plus de douceur dans votre vie et transformer votre regard sur vous-même afin de développer plus d'amour de vous et d'acceptation de qui vous êtes?
Cette rencontre avec votre Muse vous invite à connecter à votre cœur pour mener vos projets cette année en étant guidée par la sagesse et l'intelligence de votre cœur - votre boussole intérieure.
Comme toujours, le chemin se fera par le processus de peinture et de rituel Intentional Creativity®, dans un environnement porté par l'esprit du Féminin : partage, rire, danse, connexion au corps et écoute de votre intuition.
Pour cet atelier, je m'inspirerai également des enseignements de Tara Brach, auteure des livres Radical Acceptance et Radical Compassion, afin de vous accompagner vers une posture intérieure de profonde bienveillance envers vous-même.

Location : Virginie Studios Art Space, Plateau Mont-Royal, Montreal
A 10-minute walk from Mont-Royal metro station. Parking permits are available for those arriving by car.
Cost : $195 all inclusive
The price includes painting materials (brushes, canvas and professional-quality paints) and the workshop day. Tea and snacks are provided on site.
