Fuchsia is one of my first semi-abstract works done on wood… and I completely fell in love! Working as always with highly pigmented acrylic paints, this work full of freshness and vibrant colors can only put a smile on your face 😊 Its bursting semi-abstract flowers bring an undeniable feeling of joy and energy, all with great refinement and delicacy.

The contrast of the magenta color on a neutral and vaporous background gives a lot of luminosity to this piece, which captures the essence of a fresh and airy bouquet of flowers. It also evokes for me the freshness of spring, the generosity of summer and the gardens of my childhood with their fuchsia peonies that bloomed in all their brilliance exuberance.
